Why we exist

Most therapists spend the most time on the part of the job they like least: booking messages, reminders, half-finished notes, scattered records.

When that work slips, it is not only time that is lost. A note written late loses the session; progress that is never measured leaves "am I getting better?" as a feeling rather than an answer.

psisula exists to hold those three things in one ledger: booking, record and progress.

What we believe

Clinical software should be quiet. It should remind you of the work, not stand in for it.

• The decision belongs to the therapist. AI writes a draft; the therapist approves, edits and locks it. No suggestion reaches the record on its own.
• Measuring beats claiming. Progress becomes visible as the curve of standard psychometric scales over time.
• The data belongs to the client. Export and deletion requests are in the product, and there is no public therapist directory or marketplace.
• We do not overstate. We do not claim a certification we do not hold, or a customer story that has not happened.

Who it is for

We take two kinds of practice equally seriously:

• Therapists and counsellors running a practice alone — no front desk, every job their own.
• Multi-therapist clinics and centres — where role separation, client–therapist mapping and clinic-wide progress all have to live in the same ledger.

What we deliberately do not do

A product is defined partly by what it leaves out. These are choices, not gaps:

• No public therapist directory or booking marketplace. You are the only one who shares your booking link.
• No in-app card collection (virtual POS). The finance module is for tracking.
• No video infrastructure of our own. Your Zoom or Google Meet link is more than enough.
• No self-serve signup or free trial. We start with a short call, then back it with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

How we work

Instead of an automated signup flow we start with a short call: are you solo or running a clinic, which scales do you use, is there data to migrate.

We set it up with you and stay close through the first week. You can request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

Your data

TLS in transit, AES-256-GCM envelope encryption with a clinic key at rest. It is not end-to-end: the server can decrypt, and we say so plainly.

KVKK notice, consent and data-processing texts are published in both languages. The security page lists, one by one, which measures are actually in place.
