Refund Policy

30-day refund window

There is no free trial. Instead, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

Conditions

For a refund request to be met:

• The request must be submitted within 30 days of the initial purchase date.
• The refund applies to the initial subscription term; renewal terms are not covered.
• The request must come from the account holder, sent to [email protected].

The refund holds regardless of how much you used the product: having tried it does not invalidate your request. Abuse — for instance repeatedly buying and refunding for the same clinic — falls outside this policy.

Cancelling versus refunding

Cancelling stops the renewal: the service stays open until the end of the period you paid for, and nothing is paid back. A refund applies within the first 30 days and returns what you paid. You can cancel at any time, independently of your refund right.

Process

1. You send your request to the email address above.
2. We review it and respond with the outcome within 5 business days.
3. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, in the original currency, within 14 days at the latest. How long it then takes to appear depends on your bank.

Data after a refund

When a refund is approved, the account is closed. You can export your clinic’s data before closure; on request, data is destroyed in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement.

Statutory rights unaffected

This policy does not limit your rights under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection.
