psisula
AI

AI drafts it. You are the one who files it.

psisula offers suggestions during the session; afterwards it can draft the note, summarise the history and interpret a scale. It never contacts your client — everything comes to you for review and approval.

Unreviewed AI predictions. Not clinical guidance — only you add anything to the record.

The live assist screen — suggestions appear on the therapist's side only.

Boundaries

Ethical AI

In a clinical product the limits matter more than the capabilities. These aren't marketing lines; they're behaviour written into the product.

01

It doesn't diagnose — it offers a view

The model can only suggest from the ICD-10 codes in the diagnosis picker. Every suggestion is re-validated against the ICD-10 list on the server; a code that isn't on the list is never shown to the therapist.

02

It doesn't score risk

The AI produces no risk or severity score. When it detects language that could point to a crisis, it flags the matter for human judgement and explains why it did. You are the one who assesses and decides.

03

It doesn't write to the file

No suggestion from the live assistant is written to the client record automatically. A note drafted from audio also opens in the editor as a draft; the final check and the saving belong to the therapist.

04

Every generation is logged

Every successful AI operation is recorded: the kind of output (transcript, draft, summary, interpretation), the provider used and when it was created. AI-touched content is kept separate from, and distinguishable from, what the therapist wrote.

Four capabilities

The four moments AI does something

Live in-session support, note drafting, history summaries and scale interpretation complement one another, making your sessions more productive and raising client satisfaction.

01

Session assistant

The AI stays with you through the session. Follow-up questions, scales, homework, plan notes or a draft formulation may appear on the therapist's screen. Suggestions are visible only to you; your client never sees them. It doesn't produce something at every turn — the AI steps in only where it can genuinely help.

Automatic session notes

Let the AI prepare your session notes while you focus on the session. Record the session live or upload an earlier recording, and let the AI write the note in the modality you follow. Add the finishing touches if you like, then save it to the client file.

Client analysis

Bring your client back to mind before the session

Recent notes, scale results, homework and open threads on one screen. Walk into your sessions better prepared, and raise client satisfaction.

  • Eight sources, one briefing

Session notes, appointments, scales, homework, payments, diagnoses, portal messages and the treatment plan are read together.

  • Every sentence carries its source

Trajectory, themes and attention flags are shown together with the kind and date of the record behind them. Open the source and read the original whenever you want.

  • It updates itself

The summary is stored together with the records it was built from. When a new note or scale result arrives, the summary updates automatically.

  • It does not diagnose

A diagnosis suggestion is offered only where the records in the file clearly support it. The AI doesn't diagnose on its own; the final call is always the therapist's.

Flow

How audio becomes a note

The process starts with the client's consent. The AI turns the audio into text and places it in the template you chose. You are the one who edits, checks and approves the draft.

  1. 01

    Consent

The client's consent to audio recording is taken while the appointment is created.

  2. 02

    Conversion

Your session is converted into a format the AI can work with.

  3. 03

    Note generation

A session note is prepared in SOAP, CBT or whichever format you chose.

  4. 04

    Review

You change sentences, delete them, and add observations of your own.

  5. 05

    Approval

Once you approve it, the note locks. A locked note takes addenda only, and version history is kept.

Suggestion kinds

What the live assist suggests

During a session it offers five kinds of suggestion. All of them appear on the therapist's screen only.

Follow-upSuggests questions you could ask your client, based on the flow of the session and what they are telling you.
ScaleSuggests the scales that suit the session, from a library of 70+.
HomeworkOffers a ready-made piece of homework from your library, or a new one.
Plan noteA note you could add to the treatment plan.
FormulationA draft formulation in the modality you follow, for you to review.
Data and consent

Where the audio stays, and where it doesn't

The live assistant processes the recording or the live audio, holds what it processed in memory, and your recording is then deleted. That way we never need to keep your session recordings.

Deliberate use of AI

The places where your experience matters more than the AI's. There, the AI leaves the decision to you.

Doesn't diagnose
Produces no severity or risk score
Takes no action without your approval
Never contacts the client directly
Keeps no audio recordings
Doesn't use your data to train models
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does the AI-drafted note go straight into the client file?

No. The AI does nothing to your client's record without your approval. It offers suggestions for you to review.

Do I have to record the session?

No. Drafting a note from audio is optional — you can work without ever turning recording on and write your session note yourself, as you always have.

Does the AI make diagnoses?

The AI only suggests from the ICD-10 codes, but which diagnosis to choose is your decision.

Do you keep my session audio?

No. Audio is processed while the draft is produced and then deleted; microphone audio, the recording file and the in-session suggestions are not stored. What remains is the session note you approved.
